All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1–2 working days.

UK standard delivery: 2–4 working days (shown at checkout). Free on orders over £40.

Europe: 5–7 working days (shown at checkout). Rest of world: 7–14 working days (shown at checkout). Duties and taxes may apply on international orders.

Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time from placing it until 14 days after you receive the goods (or the last part of a multi-part order). This does not apply to goods made to your specification or personalised, goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or goods that become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

To cancel, email contact@byanchor.co.uk and say clearly that you are cancelling under those Regulations. You then have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You pay the postage costs of returning them.

Returns. We also offer a 14-day returns policy for customers worldwide. It does not affect your statutory rights. To return a product, it must reach us within 14 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and in a condition that lets us sell it as new. Used, washed, modified or damaged goods cannot be returned under this policy.

How to return. Email contact@byanchor.co.uk to arrange your return. Print a copy of your original order, mark whether you would like an exchange or a refund, and include it in the parcel. You are responsible for return postage costs, and the cost of postage may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

Refunds. We refund the full price of any product properly returned, excluding the cost of returning it to us. We refund to the payment method you originally used, as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your return. If you cancel under the Regulations above, standard delivery charges are refunded with the goods.

Faulty or damaged items. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email contact@byanchor.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund it, including the postage costs.

Improper returns. If you return a product outside this policy and you have no other legal right to return it, we will not refund or exchange it. We may keep it until you pay a reasonable charge for sending it back. If we do not receive that payment within 14 days of asking, we may dispose of the product.
